Kickstart your day with FXS Fit, the ultimate adult fitness program designed to build strength, improve mobility, and boost your energy levels. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to level up, our expert trainers are here to help you achieve your goals in a fun, supportive environment. We make individualized adjustments for you every week to make sure you keep seeing results.

Class Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | Full Body Strength (6:00 - 7:00 AM):
    Start your week strong! These high-energy strength sessions target all major muscle groups to help you build lean muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall functional strength. Expect a mix of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises that will challenge your body in new ways.

  • Tuesday, Thursday | Mobility & Bodyweight Bootcamp (6:00 - 7:00 AM):
    Increase your range of motion, flexibility, and body control with our mobility-focused workouts. This class combines dynamic stretching, functional movement, and bodyweight exercises to keep you moving well, feeling strong, and injury-free. Perfect for improving your athleticism and staying injury-resistant.

  • Saturday | Instructor's Choice (7:00 - 8:00 AM):
    The weekend is for surprises! Our instructors will choose a dynamic class format, mixing up different styles and training techniques to keep things fresh. From high-intensity circuits to low-impact recovery sessions, you’ll get a well-rounded fitness experience every Saturday morning.
